Orders & Returns

RETURNS

We understand that an online purchase doesn’t always work out, so we gladly accept returns. All Fireball Camaro merchandise is eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

  • Purchased within the past 30 days
  • Item is unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Record of proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or order number);
  • Returned in original packaging.

If your item meets all of these conditions, we will process your return and provide a full refund or a exchange for another product.

You may start the return process by contacting us at store@fireballcamaro.com. Our customer service department will collect some details about the return and start the process.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send you an email notification that we’ve received your returned item
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days of processing the return.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@fireballcamaro.com and send your item to:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

We will pay shipping costs is the return is a result of our error (i.e. received wrong item or defective item). If the return is a result of your error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (i.e. ordered wrong size or product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
